On May 4, 2022 the newly elected Principal Officers of Fairfax County Professional Firefighters & Paramedics IAFF Local 2068 were sworn into office by IAFF 4th District VP Andrew Pantelis following the election that concluded on April 29, 2022.
The new Principal Officers of Local 2068 are:
Robert Young - President
Tommy Tippett - Secretary/Treasurer
Katherine Murray - Vice President
Local 2068 would like to thank outgoing President Ron Kuley and Secretary/Treasurer Eric Villman for their service. Robert Young formerly held the position of Vice President in the previous term. " I am confident that you will continue to carry on the great work that our great Local 2068 has been doing for 51 years now! We are fortunate to have you all lead the way to improve on our working conditions, compensation and pension… Thank you all for giving me the opportunity to represent you to lead this great Local!", said Ron Kuley following the swearing in ceremony.
